Specialty Show Cockerspaniel Club, Báč 14.6.2014
On June 14, 2014, the Cocker Spaniel Club Special Exhibition took place as always in the pleasant surroundings of the Welten Golf Club in Báč pri Šamorín. Žitnoostrov hunting days took place during the weekend. On Saturday, in addition to our exhibition, there was also a special club exhibition of KCHPS hunting trackers and at the same time a regional exhibition of all hunting breeds, where English cocker spaniels were also shown. The weather was a bit cooler than we are used to this time of year, but it was perfect for the dogs as it wasn’t too hot like the last few days. The invitation to judge our show was accepted by a long-time cocker spaniel breeder, Mrs. Lenka Němcová from the Czech Republic (kennel Z Lesních chalup). We were shown 31 dogs from puppies to veterans, from Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Austria. It was a quality selection of dogs, which was appreciated by the judge herself.
The winners were presented with prizes from the sponsor of the exhibition Eukanuba and handmade pillows and cockades from our member Alenka Kelešiová, for which we thank her very much.
